Fitness Article: Swing Set Fitness

Swing Set Fitness is an exercise method utilizing a playground swing as the gym equipment. It offers you total body conditioning that is fun and effective. This form of exercise is a very enjoyable way to lose weight, tone, and gain strength. It is an exciting and unique workout experience for adults and children.

 

As you can imagine, outdoor exercise with a swing is highly successful in warm climates, but even in climates where it is cold, this unique form of exercise is going strong. Fitness facilities have begun offering swing set fitness indoors. You will see that using a swing to exercise is the perfect addition to any fitness program.

 

Swing Set Fitness programs are not your typical exercise programs. Swing exercise blends the fun of being on a swing with traditional exercises and techniques for a great workout experience. Playground equipment, more specifically a swing, adds to the variety of exercises you have available for fitness
