This is the shortest of the Legs Plus workouts with the least amount of demand on the upper body, but it is still an intense exercise program. Time efficient and effective workout. It is not for beginners. It is not for beginners. This workout is for those individuals with exercise experience who need a real challenge.

 

Equipment used: step and medicine ball.

Be prepared to work!

Legs Plus 5

This Legs Plus workout is legs with mostly shoulders. It is similar to the first Legs Plus workout. Legs Plus 5 is a calorie burning workout that starts with burpees as the warm-up. It is not for beginners. This workout is for those individuals with exercise experience who need a real challenge.

Back to the intense leg and shoulder workout again, along with a bit of arms! It is not for beginners. This workout is for those individuals with exercise experience who need a real challenge.

Stretching - Low Body

This workout includes stretches for the hamstrings, quadriceps, piriformis, psoas, and more! For anyone in need of more flexibility, adults and athletes! Many gymnasts do not stretch the psoas and piriformis enough.

 Light Conditioning, Mostly Core

A great workout for core and a bit more. Although most of the exercises are considered to be core exercises, there are a few that do slightly involve other muscle groups of the body. There are ten exercises in this workout. It is very time efficient and effective!

Weight Loss - Fitness

Beginner weight loss. This exercise program is great for anyone who has the desire to exercise in a health club, but needs a professionally designed workout.
